Every named learner seat covers all released career tracks. All organisational plans include the same core training and standard certification progression.
Admin-only accounts are for administration. Anyone participating in training needs a learner seat.
The team trial includes three learners and two administrators for one shared 14-day period, regardless of the paid plan you are considering.

Your annual plan is billed for the full year. The displayed annual price is 25% less than twelve equivalent monthly payments.
14 days, no card and no automatic paid conversion. The trial begins explicitly when ASTAPIO confirms service readiness. Certification and Current Practice assessments and credentials are excluded. AI-supported learning is included within the disclosed service limits.
Online trial registration and subscriptions are not available yet.
JavaScript is required to change the price preview. The table above shows monthly GBP organisation prices. Annual GBP prices per learner are Team £198, Business £189 and Business Plus £180; Individual is £19 per month or £171 per year, including tax.
Know what is included before you start.
- AI-supported learning
- ASTAPIO provides the AI. Paid learning includes 200 delivered Tutor turns per learner per UTC day; trials include 50, shared across tracks. There is no separate provider bill or surprise overage charge. Assessment evaluation is reserved separately.
- Your trial
- Eligible individuals and organisations receive one 14-day trial. Taking a skills check or creating an account does not start it. Changing tracks does not create another trial.
- Your certification
- Qualifications require passing all required lessons at the track level, Tutor-confirmed readiness and independent assessment evidence. Active eligible paid access includes standard certification progression and Current Practice verification.
- Your renewal and cancellation
- Self-service subscriptions renew on the chosen billing cycle. Voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, without an ordinary prorated refund. Statutory rights and applicable exceptions remain unaffected.
- Your purchase
- Checkout confirms your billing country, applicable taxes, legal seller and final total before you commit. Enterprise agreements are directly with Astapio Ltd.
Your questions, answered.
Do new career tracks cost extra?
No separate track purchase is required. Newly released career tracks join the included subscription catalogue. Their own prerequisites and assessment requirements still apply.
When does paid access begin if I subscribe during a trial?
You choose to upgrade immediately or begin paid access after the trial. An immediate upgrade ends unused trial time. Starting after the trial keeps the trial restrictions until paid access begins.
Can annual and promotional discounts be combined?
Discounts do not stack. The greatest eligible discount applies.
What happens when we add seats?
Self-service increases within 1-100 seats take effect after confirmation and are prorated. Crossing into Business or Business Plus reprices all committed seats for the remaining term at the new band’s rate, with the adjustment shown before confirmation. Enterprise transitions use a separate quotation and agreement.
When do seat reductions take effect?
At renewal. You confirm which learners and invitations to retain within the new capacity before the change takes effect.
What happens if a payment fails?
A seven-day grace period allows learning while payment is retried. Certification and Current Practice attempts become read-only; new starts, submissions and credential issuance are suspended. Valid earlier submissions can still be evaluated, with awards held for restored eligible access. If payment is not recovered, subscription access becomes read-only under the retention rules.
Can existing subscription prices change?
A catalogue increase applies at the next renewal after advance notice. If your verified billing country changes, the new regional price book applies at renewal.
What happens to my work after a trial?
If you do not subscribe, trial work becomes read-only and remains available to view or export for 12 months. You receive notices before its subsequent deletion or anonymisation under the retention policy.
Do I lose an earned credential when I stop subscribing?
No. An earned credential remains verifiable unless revoked on substantiated integrity grounds. Continued training, assessment and Current Practice renewal require the appropriate paid access.
