One learner seat covers every released career track.
Each named learner can study across Specification Architect, Specification Engineer, Specification Tester and Specification DevOps Engineer. Changing tracks does not require another seat. Progress, assessment and credentials remain separate for each track.

ASTAPIO supplies the AI for lessons, practice and eligible assessment. Administrators manage learners, seats and permissions without connecting an AI provider. Each learner has their own fair-use allowance across released tracks, so one person cannot consume a colleague’s learning allowance.
Step 1 - Set up your organisation
Create the organisation’s separate business account, assign administrators and invite learners.
Step 2 - Start the trial when you are ready
Activate the trial explicitly when ASTAPIO confirms service readiness. The whole organisation shares the same 14-day period.
Step 3 - Invite your learners
Use the trial’s three learner places and two administrator places to explore the learning experience together.
An administrator can start the trial, or the first learner can confirm the start of training. That confirmation starts the shared trial for the whole organisation.
Choose the plan that fits your learner seats.
All plans include the same core training and standard certification progression across released tracks. Higher organisational bands add stronger administration, analytics, reporting and governance. Admin-only accounts do not use learner seats; an administrator needs a learner seat to participate in training.

Team FAQ
Do we need to book training sessions?
No. Training is self-paced and does not depend on a live trainer. You can provide your own oversight and organise teams within your learner capacity.
Does our company’s total employee count determine the plan?
No. The plan band is based on purchased learner seats. Choose seats for the people who will participate in training.
Can employees use one account for personal and company learning?
Personal and organisation accounts are separate. A business account belongs to one organisation. An invitation does not merge a person’s existing personal account with your organisation.
Can we add or reduce seats?
Self-service increases take effect after confirmation and are prorated. Reductions take effect at renewal. Moving to 101 or more seats follows the Enterprise quotation and agreement process.
Will each employee get a separate trial period?
No. The trial has one shared expiry for the organisation. Changing learners or career tracks does not create a new trial.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their organisation access ends. Eligible earned credentials can be claimed separately through a personal credential account; private organisational work does not transfer with them.
