Commercial FAQ
Why is there no public Enterprise price?
Enterprise pricing depends on committed learner seats and the services included in your agreement. We provide a private quotation for that scope.
Is Enterprise an annual subscription?
Yes. Enterprise has an annual commitment, with annual invoicing on Net 30 terms or monthly automatic payment. Monthly payment does not shorten the annual commitment.
How does renewal work?
The annual agreement renews automatically unless notice is given at least 30 days before renewal, in accordance with the contract. Renewal reminders are sent in advance.
Is a meeting required before we can enquire?
No. Start with the enquiry form. We can clarify your requirements in writing and arrange a conversation if it would be useful.
Do the learners need live training?
No. The core training is self-paced. Optional commercial or onboarding services do not make a live trainer part of every learning activity.
